Say what the route is
Every corridor is labelled as direct, premium or wholesale, with the delivery rate we actually observe. If a route degrades we tell you before you notice it in your conversion numbers.
Company
We are a cloud communications company built around a single question: did the message arrive? Everything in the TH platform — routing, registration, monitoring, reporting — exists to answer it honestly.
Who we are
3044 Pleasant LLC began in 2019 carrying authentication traffic for a handful of cross-border commerce platforms. Those customers had the same complaint about every provider they had used: nobody could tell them why a message had failed.
So we built the opposite. TH contracts routes directly where it can, buys tier-1 capacity where it cannot, and instruments every corridor with live handset probes. When a message does not arrive, we can point at the operator, the filter or the registration that stopped it.
Today the platform carries 3.4B messages a month across 1,100 operators in 190 countries, for enterprises running global authentication and for resellers who need wholesale interconnect they can audit.
How we work
Every corridor is labelled as direct, premium or wholesale, with the delivery rate we actually observe. If a route degrades we tell you before you notice it in your conversion numbers.
Grey routes and spoofed sender IDs are a short-term trick that ends in blocked traffic. We file the registrations each market requires and keep them current.
Messaging problems are urgent. Our network operations team is staffed around the clock, and median first response to a support request is 2 business hours.
Commercial questions, compliance questions, incident escalation and press all reach us at the same address. It is monitored by the team that runs the network.
[email protected]Send your destinations, monthly volume and traffic class through the enquiry form and a routing specialist will reply with a rate card and registration plan.
