A2P SMS pricing is set by the destination operator, the traffic class and the volume you commit. TH publishes list rates from $0.0041 per message and negotiates a rate card once your corridors are known.

Pay published per-destination rates with no monthly platform fee. Ideal for a first cross-border corridor or a single OTP flow.
1M - 50M messages / month
Committed rate card
A negotiated rate card per corridor with dedicated registrations and priority transactional routing.

Interconnect agreement
Wholesale interconnect for aggregators and platforms, with contractual delivery commitments and bilateral settlement.
Included at every tier
The things that decide whether a message arrives are part of the product, not an upsell. Median support first response is 2 business hours on every tier.
Billing questions
You are billed per delivered message segment. A GSM-7 segment is 160 characters; Unicode content segments at 70 characters. Segment counts are shown on every delivery receipt.
There is no platform fee on the Launch tier. Some markets charge regulator or operator registration fees for sender IDs, brands or short codes; those are passed through at cost and quoted before we file.
All rates and invoices are in USD. Committed-volume customers are invoiced monthly in arrears against an agreed rate card.
Operator termination rates move, particularly in regulated markets. Committed rate cards are fixed for their agreed term; list rates are reviewed regularly and published changes take effect from the notice date.
